Private in-home coaching. We come to you and work with you and your dog. This program is great of pet parent that have more time to train their dog. You can do a Hybrid with Day Training as well.

We train your dog for you. This reverse board & train is more effective than sending your dog away because he learns in his home and neighborhood. This program is great for busy pet parents.

Consultation

All Training Starts with a Consultation

We will identify your goals and understand your dog’s specific challenges. During the consult, you will understand how dogs learn and how dogs communicate so that you don’t accidentally encourage bad behavior. After the consultation, you will receive a customized training plan with a recommended number of lessons to reach your goal. Each lesson is done in your home or nearby park.

Bernie

We LOVE Sherry! Our dog Bernie has a couple of issues: he’s reactive to other dogs while on leash, and he is a bit toy obsessed. We actually got to the point where we couldn’t even take Bernie on walks anymore, because he would bark at every single dog he saw. We were pretty much at our wits’ end. Luckily, we found Sherry and she has taught Bernie to be a calm dog while he’s on leash and sees other dogs passing him.

It has been a complete turnaround for him! This was really hard for Bernie, but with Sherry’s calm, patient training, he has done awesome!! We continue to practice with him every time we’re on a walk.

Sherry’s method of training is the best! No yelling, no punishment. Just positive reinforcement and reward for completing whatever the task may be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sherry as a trainer. We love her and will continue to use her for all our pooches!! Thank you Sherry!!!!

Faq

Where does dog training take place?

We come to your home for the dog training lessons. In some situaitons, we’ll meet at a park or mall to practice around distractions or different environments.

What is Day Training?

Day training is when we come to your home, whether you are home or not, and train your dog for you. This is best for busy pet parents, intense programs, or those who want quick results.

What is Coaching?

Coach is where we work together and I teach you how to train your dog. It’s what most people think of when they hear private dog training. You will practice in between lessons.

Can I mix Day Training and Coaching?

Yes, a hybrid program is very effective and successful. It’s the best of both worlds.

Do you do a Board & Train?

No. We find that Day Training is more effective since the dog learns in his home environment and neighborhood.

Do you use prong collars or shock collars?

No. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, I sign a Code of Ethics agreeing only to use methods that do not cause pain or discomfort.
