TERMS & CONDITIONS

All About Training Dogs LLC accepts cash, checks, and credit card payments. Payments for services are done online or in-person. Training packages must be paid in full and used within 4 months. There are no refunds on unused lessons. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule lessons. There are no refunds or cancellations of this contract for missed classes, seminars, private lessons or appointments. If the Client/Owner must reschedule or cancel a lesson, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Refunds/lessons will be forfeited with less than 24 hours notice or no notice at all. It is the client’s responsibility to contact the training for changes or cancelation. Additionally, it is the Client’s responsibility to continue training outside of class or lessons to maximize and maintain results.

I have read and understand the above information under Policy and Terms & Conditions. I understand that participation in any training session is not without risk to myself, guests who may attend, or to my dog because my dog may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury, even when handled with the greatest amount of care. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sherry Nativo, All About Training Dogs LLC, its trainer(s), employees and/or representatives, agents, instructors, facility owners and officers from any and all liability of any nature or injury or damage which I or my dog may cause or suffer. I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury during training or while on the training grounds or any surrounding area thereto and after training is complete. In addition, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sherry Nativo and/or All About Training Dogs LLC for any injury, expense, costs or damages to any persons or dogs, whether sponsored by me or not, or to third parties arising out of my own actions or the actions of my dog. I understand I am responsible for the dog and the dog’s actions.

MEDIA POLICY

All About Training Dogs, LLC (AATD) shall have the right to make and use audio, video and/or other recordings (whatever called or however stored or retained) of any element of any training class, lesson or activity, whether on or off my premises and all activities in preparation therefor and/or in connection therewith. If and to the extent such recordings contain my dog, my likeness, picture, image audio/recording of my voice or any other similar item, I irrevocably grant to All About Training Dogs llc and Sherry Nativo, and their respective successors and assigns, the right to use same as contained in such recordings, or an derivatives thereof, individually or as part of a collective work or compilation, and I irrevocably grant toAll About Training Dogs llc and Sherry Nativo, and their respective successors an assigns, the irrevocable right to use, reuse, publish, republish, incorporate, distribute, import and/or sell, in whole or in part, such likenesses, images, pictures, audio recordings of me and the derivatives of each in any media and for an lawful uses, including without limitation, illustrations, promotions, advertising, courses, programs and/or trade all without compensation to me or any person or entity claiming for, through or under me.

Having read the preceding, I acknowledge full understanding of the waivers and releases described and/or set for the herein and knowingly agree to accept full responsibility and fully waive, release, disclaim and forever discharge each of the released parties from any and all known and unknown claims and demands.
