Most of my clients come to me after trying multiple trainers, watching endless videos, and still feeling stuck. This is where things finally start to change.
What happens during your consultation
During this 60–90 minute session, we evaluate your dog, your environment, and your goals so we can understand the full picture. Every dog and family is different, which is why we don’t use one-size-fits-all solutions.
You’ll learn:
• The 3 main reasons dogs develop unwanted behavior
• Why many common training approaches make problems worse
• What your dog is actually communicating through their behavior
• How to start reducing stress and preventing setbacks right away
You’ll also receive immediate management and training strategies you can begin using the same day
Your customized training plan
At the end of your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized training plan designed specifically for your dog and your lifestyle. This includes:
• Clear training priorities
• Step-by-step next actions
• Recommended number of private sessions
• A realistic timeline for progress

Before your consultation:
There are no guarantees with training or behavior modification, and it is important for pet parents and all members of the household to understand that the success of training and/or behavior modification requires a commitment from everyone. A behavior consultation is simply an analytical tool that, in combination with medical evaluations (if needed) and the animal’s history can point toward a prognosis. Training and behavior modification is recommended, based on the prognosis, but as a separate service.
During the initial 60 minute consultation, you will receive immediate management and behavior suggestions to help you manage and prevent the unwanted behaviors from becoming stronger or more practiced. It will then be your responsibility to seek treatment via training and behavior modification or book continued support sessions either with All About Training Dogs llc or another trainer.
